Refund policy
60-night home trial
You have 60 nights from the day your order is delivered to decide whether PulseFlow Pro is for you. Use it, properly. If your legs disagree with us, send it back for a full refund of the purchase price.
How to start a return
- Email us with your order number and tell us you would like to return.
- We send you a return label.
- Pack the boots with the controller, adapter, hoses and travel case, and drop the parcel off.
No restocking fee. No explanation required.
Refunds
Once your return arrives at the warehouse we inspect it and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Original shipping charges, where they were paid, are not refunded.
Condition of returned items
The trial is designed for real use, so normal signs of use are expected and fine. We can only reduce or refuse a refund if the product comes back with damage that goes beyond normal use, or with parts missing.
Warranty
Beyond the trial period, PulseFlow Pro is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in the pumps, air chambers and controller. If something fails within that year, we repair or replace it. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear of fabric and zips.
Cancelling an order
If you need to cancel, email us as fast as you can. We dispatch within 1 business day, so once a parcel is with the carrier it has to be handled as a return.
