Shipping policy
Where we ship from
PulseFlow Pro orders are dispatched from a fulfilment warehouse inside the United States. Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 business day of your order being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.
Delivery times
- Continental US: 2-5 business days after dispatch
- Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: 5-10 business days after dispatch
- Canada: 6-12 business days after dispatch
These are estimates based on carrier averages, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays and public holidays can add time.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order inside the United States, with no minimum spend. Duties and import taxes may apply to orders outside the US and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If 3 business days pass without a tracking email, check your spam folder and then contact us.
Wrong or undeliverable address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; a second shipping charge may apply.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos of the box and the product and we will replace it at no cost to you.
