By browsing this store or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the store.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including specifications supplied by the manufacturer. Colours may vary slightly between screens. We reserve the right to correct errors in descriptions or pricing, and to refuse or cancel any order where an obvious pricing error has occurred, refunding you in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude any taxes or duties that may apply in your jurisdiction. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment processing. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Orders

An order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email. We may refuse an order at our discretion, including where we cannot ship to your location or where an order appears fraudulent.

5. Shipping and returns

Our shipping and return commitments are set out in our Shipping policy and our Refund policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Intended use and health notice

PulseFlow Pro is a wellness and recovery device. It is not a medical device. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, or if you have deep vein thrombosis, a circulatory or clotting condition, an open wound, a recent fracture, a skin infection, an implanted electronic device, or any diagnosed medical condition affecting your legs. Stop using the product and seek advice if you feel pain, numbness or discomfort.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the purchase or use of a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Intellectual property

The content of this store, including text, layout and graphics, belongs to us or to our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
